Rules.txt??? Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

A small question about the rules.txt in Civ2. I have been changing the names of the tribes and counted 21 tribes in the game. But further done I found two more Civs. Arabs and Inca. Are these two civs for the computer barbarians? I'm not to sure what their there for. You can't place them on the map when you make a map? You can't select them when you start a new game?

Anyone know this one?

They can't be use. In fact they're only examples and you can replace an other tribe by Inca or Arab. So you can ignore these two lines.


Moreover, in City.txt there are also city names for these tribes in the case that you use it.
