my local store said 31st too. Allthough some stores will get it on the 30th depending on how far away they are. I live in east tenneessee and my store gets it on the 31st.

Same here. What really annoys me is that fall break ends the 30th and civ 3 comes out the 31st. I was originally hoping to spend my last day of break civin' but my dreams are hopelessly smashed against the rocks of cruel reality! Oh well, I guess I still have afternoons and weekends after homework. (or during )

How come fall break finish on 30th. It begin on 30th . Well that too bad, living in the US. At least i have 5 day of play before going back to school. God Bless Quebec

EB is shipping on the 29th, in stores on the 30th. Everyone else appears to be one day later at best.

I double check with the EB I pre-ordered from, and they said they will have the game Tuesday.

I have called Best Buy three times in the past two days. My first answer was that Civ3 would be out Oct. 29. My second was that Civ3 would be out Oct. 30. My third and last answer was that Civ3 would be out Oct. 31. I'm going to call again tomorrow (I will also call Tuesday, as well) to make sure the release date of Oct. 31 is correct, but I'm afraid my next answer might be that Civ3 won't be out until Nov 1.


On a side note, hurray for my DBacks!!!
