the EB guy called me to say "hey your copy of civ 3 LE came in a day early", he called back 5 minutes later and said, hey thank god I got hold of you we can't sell it until tomorrow... so i said "well technically you already sold it so in actuality you are just allowing me to pick up something that is no longer yours anyways" ... he said "good point let me talk to my boss"... still no good but he sympathized with me... oh well.

hehe, you should try carreer in law though, delivery method and time is 'essentialia negotii', although it beats me why they would not let you have it earlier

Blacksalsa's a little late in getting it, and that's cool. I'm a little late in reporting it--like 8 or 9 months, so yes, I have Civ 3.
