Right, at owo the OT held as a bastion of veterancy for a good long time, until the forums were slowly abandoned. I would have suspected the same happened here, but it seems the newbies caught us completely by surprise and shut down OT before we even knew we were under attack! Our complacency has gotten us.

We may need to increase it to 650 and 250 at least...
