	LE in stores? Suffering from ads?

Something I had been curious about. Are only SEs appearing in stores or are there LEs as well? I had thought initially that we would see both but lately I had been thinking that LEs would only be available on-line, thus the reason why I ordered from ebgames.

In California, EB had about 20 SE and 10 LE games out on the shelf today. Well this morning. They are selling like hotcakes.
I hate hotcakes. The were selling like waffles. I like waffles.

I went to Best Buy today with my pre-order receipt to find they had no LE's. I reluctantly decided to wait a couple of days to see if they would get it, but now after hearing how worthless the LE is, i may just get the regular one!

I got it at the local Software Etc. The tin is quite nice; however; I had it set above my computer, and while I was playing it fell off and whacked me on the forehead. Ouch.

Walked into EB here in Knoxville and bought the LE. So yes, it's obviously available in stores and not just online...

Went to Best buy, nada, on either version.
Went to Circuit City, nada.

Searched for AN EB on the web and found one 20 miles from here.
Gave them a call and picked up the LE version yesterday.

Why would Best Buy screw it up so bad and miss out on so many sales. It's just stupid. When I asked at Best Buy, three other people moved close to hear the answer. All the lost opportunity.

I'm beginning to lose my faith in Best Buy. I called to ask if they had Civilization 3 yet.
He said, 'What?"
I said "Civilization 3."
He said, "For What?"
I said, "PC."
Then he went to go check. I mean, for a game that fills up a 1/3 of an ailse with boxs, you'd think someone that works there every day wouldn't have to go check.

Also, I went to Customer Service with the pre-order receipt and a copy of Civ3. The lady looked at the receipt and tried to tell me the game wasn't out yet, despite the box sitting under her nose. Go figure.

I'm should give up on retail stores and get everything online now, but i hate those shipping costs!
