	Oh this just sucks Enter the AD-FREE zone

I better get a BOMB ASS WWII scenario when the first SP comes out.

The one scenario I always LOVE TO DEATH is WWII. I have gone bloodlust as both the Germans and Russians. Nothing like mowing down those filthy Allies with NUKES!! HAHAHHAHA. Seriously though, I REALLY hope either A: the editor gets a great deal better so scenario can actually be created or B: we get some bomb scenarios in the meantime.

Civ2 is just like Quake 2 in that both were extendable through mods, making this infinitely replayable. If the editor doesn't get better in a real hurry, this game is going to get old real fast and I don't want that. I don't really enjoy building the civilizations up as much as I like thinking military strategy "Never catch me on culture victory, pure bloodlust baby!"

Well I havn´t the game yet but isnt it possible to give correct starting locations on a world map? Maybe you can set up the first city for every nation and save it as an scenario?

I think those points are crucial and it is time a Firaxis guy come over here and straighten this out.

Will you include certain abilities in the editor in a patch? Like the ability to place cities, and accurate starting locations for a civ?

Shall this patch come out anytime soon? Or are we going to wait for the MP/scenarios expansion so we have to buy two products (the original civ and the expansion) to acquarie simply the replayability of Civ2?

Will you give the civ community the tools so this game can fulfil it's potential on carrying on the Civ legacy?

It's sad that we cannot customize our games like it was possible in Civ2... I really liked playing scenarios and I think that scenarios were keeping civ2 on track.

I thought that Civ3 would do something more customizable than CTP.

You can ask yourself alot of other interesting questions about the huge world map. Like Where did Finland go? Why is Ukraine filled with plains? (Should be grassland, and plenty of wheat. It's obscenely good farmland.)

Why is Italy not shaped like a boot? I mean, even I with my mediocre graphic skills can tag on another piece of grassland to make it shaped like an inverse L atleast.

But otoh if the creator made the earth maps using the "scenario" editor then it's a marvel that it even remotely resembles Earth.

By the way, you can also find Atlantis on the map. (It's the only explanation for the weird continent which occupies greenland/icelands place in the atlantic.)
