	Dip 61 Day of Apocralypse Reminder Put an end to popups!

On one hand, I need to apologise for my lack of consistency as GM but last week was very hectic as I had to do lighting for a small production at school and, well, I spent most of my energy on that, as well as time. Hopefully, we're back to normal now.

Are you sure that Rumania belongs to Ukraine ? There is no unit there at the end of autumn...

VGR, that's the glitch that you get into when coloring a province as units move into them in the spring turn. A territory is occupied in the fall, and that is when it should be colored with the hue of the occupying nation. There are of course other methods like shading the SC dots themselves.

In this case El Awrence has Ukraine (dats me!) down for two builds, not three, so there shouldn't be a problem in that respect.
