Found this and it may help. It concerns another program but you could give it a try andf see what happens...
"The OPENGL32.DLL file is something that is installed by the operating system, and is required to display surfaces and orbitals. Microsoft has made an OpenGL fix available for Windows. Download this file, and run it to unzip it. Uninstall Chem3D (or ChemOffice) using the Windows Add/Remove control panel, place the unzipped OpenGL32.dll file in your Windows\System folder (replacing the previous version), and then reinstall Chem3D. "
