	More Fresh Water Please!!! Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

Okay, I am totally loving this game... seriously. I'm on my sixth game now and I've been playing on default land settings. However, one thing that is starting to bother me is the lack of fresh water on randomly generated maps. In a couple of games, this hasn't been a problem. In a couple of games, it has been a real chore to get irrigation to a majority of my cities. Finally in 2 games, it has been impossible.

Here is an example of the situation I am facing currently.



I really hope something can be done about this in an upcoming patch

freshwater was the problem of the roman opponet south of my english borders too... withhin his borders there was not one resource of freshwater.

i had no problem with that.

but then i reached my borders when i irrigated a newly founded city with a couple of workers... suddenly caesar sends 3 workers up to my borders over approx. 10 uncontrolled tiles of dessert and starts irrigating the dessert tiles down straight down to his broders, et voila, he had his water and i had more troubles later on....

what a surprise, i never expected the AI would do something like that... clever, clever...
