I got reponse from the tech support:

Just delete your fonts till u get down to about 200-300 fonts, but don't delete Lucida Sans, then start game

Everything should b fine

ok so where would i go to reduce the number of fonts? into my windows directory? or the system folder? or should I co through
the settings page?
