how do I make the starting location of my civ on the world map not random. I cant find any way to make my civ start in the same place as it did in history

I hate to tell you this-but there is no way to correct this as of yet. I have posted a similiar question and Firaxis may of designed the game to do this or it is an awful bug or error. I, and a lot of other civ-gamers are dissapointed as hell about this and I am encouraging everyone to write firaxis and request that they fix this in the up coming patch. Go to the Civ3 home page and that is where you can conntact the team. We all need to tell them how screwed up this is so that they will fix it.
