	Can you really "cheat" in single player? Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

Who are you cheating? Is the word simply shorthand for actions outside of the norm?

I think the broad answer is no, u can't cheat in single player(atlesat not the way I think ur refering to it). but I think there are ways that u can slide around the computer through some hole in the computer's ability. and while that may be fine initially if u wnt to fully enjoy the game, often you have to restrain yourself from taking advantage of such things. or u end up thinking of the gam as "flawed" because it becomes exceedingly easy to win.

Saving, failing and reloading I consider as a cheat.

The described deity victory on a tiny map by giving away lots of cities (in exchaneg for something) and taking them back the same turn and making peace immediately I judge as an exploit of the current AI. I hope this will be solved in the first patch.

It seems that other possible cheats are nicely remvoed, because I have read nothing about them yet.
