Just realized something Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

This might be true or it might not.

Culture! if you have a lot = take over nea by citys early in game.

It seems the computer (higher then chief) likes to build near you and take your natural resources from you. So If your culture takes them over you get them!

OF course, we all know that. But here is my question to all of you... DO you think by taking over the citys with culture angers that other civ? there by down the road declaring war on you? Or you think that war is inevitable?

I think was is inevitable, personally, weather it be a smaller level or higher.

Since the city (and citizens) willingly joined your civ, it would make sense that the other civ would not get angry. You know, being in awe of your culture and all. Just a guess.
I think there are a lot of things like this going on that we are unaware of that will make the game very deep strategically. Kinda like a UN strategy where you gift other civs to make them love you, and hence vote for you. It's a feeling I have abou this game. I am a proud member of the optimists club.
