Retiring in 2050. Any way to change this? Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

I have a problem where the game says I have to retire by 2050. I want to play on, but how do I change this? Thanks alot.

Well, you can play on, but without more score. Is that what you mean? You want to play on with the score continuing to count?

Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

I'm almost certain you will. The game continues as normal but no score is kept. However, I am re-reading the manual for some other reasons, so I'll be sure to report back if it's there and if nobody has answered for sure.

Yes you can play on after you go through the end of game screens. I'm all the way to 2250 now...

Screwy Happenings after Victory Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

The goofy thing is that if you continue to play after having a victory such as finishing the starship (completed in 1998), then the other endings are blocked off too you. This can cause some interesting effects such as you being the only player on the map if you decide to wipe out the others. Its strange that they didnt simply end the game if you are the only player left.
