How change monitoring civs in &quot;Foreign Adviser Screen&quot; Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

This screen can only show 8 civs. But when I play with 16 civs I want to see the others. Someone spoke that one civs can be replaced by another. But how to do it? I read the manual but didn't find the answer. Please, help.

i dont think its written in manual

on the portrait; shift right click; opens a list of available leaders..
