	yesterday we hit 684 users Increase Your PM Length

And I can bet there would have been a thousand if the servers were not telling about the site being too busy, and to come back later.

However there is over 500 people on now, it seems that the load is handeled a bit better now than a week ago, since that message used to keep me away at this no of users last week. (but this may only be good luck now? )

Anyway I at least was 50% less here in the last few days due to inability to log on when I want? What about your experiences?

I am wandering how did we get so far at all? After 550 it doesn't let you in anyway. That must have been another 500 people trying to log on at the same time that the number went up for 130.

It seems that taking some time off, since we are unable to come when we want, (I don't even try to come here as often as I used to), until they sort the problems out. I am anyway a certain future customer. Ant the clogged servers problem won't go away. ACS will grow a lot. The number of people on this boards could increase 10 fold in the next 6 months, as Civ III is hit,and many more newbies will come trying to find a solution, best place for MP etc... don't forget that now almost every civ buyer has internet, and there could be half a million to million copies sold. Potential for 100000 memebrs is here no problem and with it a few thousand people logged on all the time.

OK this is a bit too much, but I'd say it is not impossible.
