	Error:CreateProcess Tired of ads?

Hey... I've been playing Civ3 fine for a few days now, I have been able to execute it plenty of times, and have a few saves up to 1400a.d.... Today I tried starting the game and I get an error that says

"Error:Create Process(C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\~ef7194.tmp)"

What's up?

I tried rebooting, reinstalling, clearing out the registry.. nothing.... this sucks

This might be a partial solution... or, possibly part of the problem... But I ran a virus scan on my computer and a few of the files in my civ directory were infected..... I cleaned them, but I think the virus got to other parts of my system.

What was the virus?

Have you tried just cleaning out the windows temp folder? (Note: If possible, do this from a dos prompt.)
