Ok, I like playing realistical and historically accuratly... and I can't seem to find an option to stop the starting locations from being randomized...
Like on a world map... the greeks would start in austraila... WTF? Is there such an option...or were accurate starting points not made?

You can't find it because it's not there. My belief is that Firaxis will fix this in a patch. I agree, it's an option to be desired.
