OK, I've built the Intelligance Agency, click on the 'E' for Espionage, and just get the standard two missions - investigate city and steal tech.
Anyone know how I get to the more advanced missions?

there's also a keyboard shortcut, I believe... ctrl+e or e? dunno, you'll have to experiment. plus at the right side of the little box at the bottom-right of the screen, you'll see four small buttons. One is marked 'E'. try that.
