This may be a dumb question, but how do you unload planes or tactical nukes while at sea? I can do it in a coastal city or next to a coastal tile, but not at sea.

right clicking should work... just right click on the carrier/nuclear sub and pick "wake..." of course, you know, that bombers are only good for bombing in civ3, not for attacking directly. i don't tihnk that you can launch em at other enemy boats.
