I have a Pentium III 733, 128mb of RAM. I've generally been able to load saved games without problems. I got to 1802 in a Regent game on a large world, quit the game and later tried to get back in. It loaded 57-60% but kept telling me there was a DataIO Error and wouldn't complete loading. I tried loading the game from a few years earlier, and to no avail. I could load games from MUCH earlier (i.e. a game I had saved from 1760), and other games.
Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions on a self-correction?
