Newbie Scenario Builder Support Apolyton

I'd like to build a scenario but I've never done it before. How do I create maps, terrain types, units, events, etc? Is there a good place for me to go to get this sort of info?

There really are lots of things to be learned about scenario cration, but if you want a place to start, no doubt you gotta pay a visit to the Scenario League.
