I've got the scrolling issue with Win2k.
I've got a Ti200. I've tried Detonator versions 12.90, 12.41, and 15.30. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH TITANIUM CARDS so I can't play and haven't been able to since the game came out on 10/30. When is the patch coming out to fix this issue?
