Has anyone ever taken over an opponents Capital with their culture? Personally I have grabbed a lot of towns but I always hit a wall when it comes to a capital.
Does anyone know if this is even possible?

Hopefully, you could *never* do this. If anybody wants to test it, rebuild your palace in a trapped city, kill off the culture buildings, and see what happens.
(This would be a way to save a faraway city, but totally not worth it. ;-)
