	Destroying a city you no longer want Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

I would like to eliminate a city that I no longer want. In the old days, I used to be able to do this by building enough settlers or workers or the equivalent to exhaust the population. In SMAC, I could obliterate bases.

In Civ3, what the heck do you do to get rid of a 1-pop city in a non-military manner. I own it, and it's in a rotten position.
