	Diplomacy Help Please? Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Hello fellow Civers:

I know that this may seem like a very very dumb basic question but, when you are engaged in a War with another Civ, I was trying to get the other (non-warring Civs) to join me in an alliance, but whenever I got to the Diplomacy page, I couldnt find how to ask or request an alliance.

Help!!

you need to set up an embassy before you can enter into any agreements.

Set one up by right clicking your capital... and then you should be fine. Read the manual for more info

Also, another quick question.

For the Civ Editor, if I make changes to this (such as adjusting the corruption settings) can I re-introduce these new rules to an existing game?

Or will these new rules only take effect with a start of a new game?
