	Quick Question about JSB Cathedral Got spare money?

(actually 2)
-the Civilopedia says it only works on the one continent it's build=> is this true???
-It should make 2 unhappy citizens content
==>are these only unhappy citizens you have in the top bar,or is this for the citizens tout court?(used cheat to test the later=> before building in a city the happiness info says 6 unhappy and 5 very unhappy(this is at zero level for a size 11 city) and after it stays the same)

In other words I'm kinda confused,I know what it should do but it doesn't seem to be so.

All 'continent' wonders actually work for all cities, even those on other continents.

JSB makes two unhappy citizens content. If you have a double-unhappy, I think you only get one content from the dounble-unhappy. A good thing for JSB is that it is counted last - after unhappiness from troops leaving city. So in Democracy it is very useful -- each city can have one unit out of city and still celebrating WLTKD.

thx,I see where I got troubled,I had enough improvements & stuff to get rid of all unhappy so that's why I didn't see the effect.
(I just did a quick check,didn't look that hard so I got confussed)
