Problems with PM Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

I see the text : "Mihai - You have 0 new message(s) since last visit (0 unread, 1 total messages)", but I don't have any message. Actually I never received a PM.

What's the problem?

Edit- You have to be careful when pluralising PMS.
