	City Size of 12 Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I cannot grow a city over the size f 12?

I am a newbie at this game. I love the game. Is 12 the size limit? I cannot find anything in the manual.

Please help.

Cities canot grow over 12 until they build a hospital, which requires Sanitation, one of the initial Industrial age advances. Twelve is the size cap until then.
