What does American Republic (7.4.0) mean? Support Apolyton

Hey,

What do the numbers after my government type in the info box mean? Maybe I'm just a moron, but I couldn't find it in the manual or readme file...

Um, let's see. IIRC, it's the percentages going to taxes, science, and luxuries. Multiply each by 10.
