I can't figure out how to spy.
Are there limitations on who you can spy on.
I traded with the Germans for espionoge and I built the intellegence agency minor wonder. I already had an embessy with the germans, but I still don't see any new options.
Just investigate city and steal tech.
Im in a democracy if that changes anything.
Is this a bug or am I just doing something wrong.

Are you using the little E button on the box in thelower right hand corner? That is where the otehr options are. Also must have planted a spy, which is done the same way you built the embassy by clicking on you own capital.

Ill try that.
I thought It said in the manual that u planted a spy just like you do a diplomatic mission, by clicking on the enemies capital.
