How does one go about creating an external build queue file.
I saw something about loading one - but now can't find the reference.
I expected to find it in the city screen but ....

Anyone else help? I didn't see anything in the manual
about an external file.
Maybe just 'Q' and 'Shift-Q'?
It would have been nice if there were a couple more
hotkeys for Queues, maybe '1' and 'Shift-1' and
'2' and 'Shift-2' also...
