	Please help! Put an end to popups!

I'm making a scenario and I want to have 2 unique tech trees. So I have one base technology for each tree. 3 civilizations have one base tech, 4 civilizations have the other. You can't research these techs, they're given to the civilizations. But when one civilization takes another civilization's city, they acquire that special tech through conquest. I have read over instructions for creating a scenario with different tech trees, and they've all told me to disable tech through conquest by clicking on it in the beginning. I can't see this option when I customize the rules. Could someone please tell me where that option is???

Cheat menu -> Scenario parameters -> edit special rules -> forbid tech from conquest.
