I cannot see how far along the other Civs are on the spaceship unless I "plant a spy". I have embassies with everyone and have built the Intelligence agency. The only options I am given are "Investigate city" or "steal tech" when I click on the foreign capital or the "E" button. When I click on my capital, it just tells me we allready have embassies with everyone. I done everything I can think of but, still have not figured out how to "plant a spy". any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Ive got it.
Go to the city you built the Intelligence agency in, (not my capital in this case). Right-click on city and choose esponoge. Then it gives the option to plant a spy

no matter how many times i try to plant a spy, i fail. any ideas?
