ADCB(57) Intrepid Dip Spring 1909 Moves Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

Turkey has just committed Diplomacy suicide, all chance were given to him and as of this time I have not recieved any moves from him, so all Turkish units hold in accordance to tourney rules.
If I missed your moves somehow Siro, please resend them with a identifiation date or these moves stand as is. It is very disappointing to see this kind of lapse this late in the game with so much riding on it. Too bad so sad.

Ok, I managed to get online yesterday and even posted here
then I proceeded to send my orders.

Exactly at that point, the internet there disconnected.

I have the orders written on a page in my notebook.

There's no way I can prove when they were written.

Siro, that one ranks up there with "The dog ate my orders!"

You know, your story is credible enough. However the problem I see is that you waited until the very last minute (literally) of the SECOND deadline extension to attempt to submit orders. Unfortunately you have no one to blame for this but yourself. I hope that you sort out your computer problems. Life really sucks when our toys break down.

Siro,
Ruffhaus pretty much said it in a nutshell, I just want to add, there was a deadline and then an extended deadline, I gave Taurus the opportunity to make your moves for you, I couldn't wait any longer, the moves stand and I am sorry, you had a great chance of making it to the finals.

Suffering from ads?

Hey, look, I didn't exactly "wait" for the deadline.

The deadline was sunday, and my power supply exploded saturday evening as I was about to write orders (deciding to be on time).

I asked Taurus to post a message for me.

On monday, I haven't managed ot talk to Taurus since he went to visit an economics meeting in the Knesset (:b.

Then I managed to get free time and a free seat in the library, infront of the computer.

The internet worked. So I posted the messages and sent the orders.... Only in the middle of sending I got an error... the whole school LAN failed. And it stayed such for hours.

I wrote down the orders.

Today, I already saw the turn in school.

Only half an hour ago, a fixed power supply was installed.

I know I don't enjoy great credibility since I'm usually waiting for the last moment, but it's the real, sad, story.

But I accept the fact that you didn't wait. It's perfectly ok with me.

I just hope to score some sympathy points with england and france so they won't do me

Increase Your PM Length

I'm assuming the matter is closed, so I'll wait for the map and then submit orders.

Siro, out of interest, what would your orders have been? (Be honest )

Siro, I assume you mean England and Germany and not England and France. If you remember, we wiped his sorry ass of the board years ago...

Anyway, sorry it had to end up this way.

Yes I meant germany.

The moves would have been:

F Con - Aeg
F Smy - East Med
A Sev - Mos
A ukr - Gal
A Rum hold
A Bud s A Ukr - Gal
F Gre s F Nap - Ion
F Nap - Ion
A Tri s A Bud
A ven s A Tri
A ven s A Tri
A Tus s A Pie
A Pie s A Tus

I'm looking now at the torn peice of paper I wrote them on, when I saw the school's LAN crashed... (had to press back button)

Due date is still the same, Siro get your moves in if you still want to play otherwise I will just adjudicate as soon as I get Iain's and The Orange1's moves.

Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

Siro,

In that case, you can console yourself that you would have lost the vital centre anyway - as I would've been able to take Sevastopol regardless of anything that might have happened in the Balkans, and had the units in place to defend what I currently had.

Nevertheless, I am sorry that this (excellent) game had to end in such a way.

I am sending my moves now.

(The mistake on the map - F Bul instead of F Con - still stands, but it's fairly irrelevent)

Iain
