I'm one of the other people Jon is talking about. He's not lying - we did get pictures from Giancarlo's account. Now, Giancarlo can make all the claims he'd like to about people hacking his account, but I've got serious reservations in trusting that statement. My main one is that the conversations that revolved around the pictures were integrated, uninterrupting, meaning they weren't out of the stream of conversation he and I had for several weeks. (IE: he didn't just suddenly say he's gay and send me pictures over the period of a few days. It was a conversation which went into that topic and out of it). Furthermore, the ICQ user obviously displayed mannerisms akin to Giancarlo's - and I had to recognize these mannerisms because Giancarlo on several occasions created DLs at sc3000.com's fora to evade the bans against him. As a moderator, I was expected to find these accounts based purely on their posts and root them out of the fora. [The pictures, I *believe* were sent by email; I'll dig around in my old computer to see if I still have them.]
There's also another time in which Giancarlo approached me (before he sent me the pictures) and told me somebody had hacked his ICQ account. He was genuinely scared, but I don't think it was a fear of having been hacked, rather the embarassment of having clicked the wrong username and sent a message: "Would you like to see a picture of me naked?" he had asked another sc3000.commoner. In the end, that story changed to someone in his house having snuck onto his computer in the dead of night to send the message. 
Make of it what you will. I've no reason to lie.

Some people will go to extraordinary length to harrass others. Enough is enough - this is getting dirty now and is no longer funny (if it ever was). Please, people deal with your own problems rather than trying to hurt somebody else. That will not take care of your issues, it will only distract you for a little while.
