The picture(s) I got weren't of Gian, they were of his 'boyfriend', if I recall correctly.
There's honestly not a thing Gian can do to prove to me he didn't have those conversations with me.
Fact: I moderate sc3000.com and suspended Giancarlo's account there following numerous rule violations. He remains banned to this day. When I suspended his account, a message from his ICQ number came to me, protesting it and calling the moderatorial staff "communists". He also threatened to "pay a visit" while he was passing through Denver (IE: threatened to try to kick my ass.) The ensuing conversation continued until he agreed to back off and email the webmaster, awaiting his final verdict (which, by the way, was for long-term banishment).
Challenge: if Giancarlo's ICQ account was hacked, why did the conversation continue until he emailed Wren and continued discussion there?
Challenge: Giancarlo claims his ICQ account was hacked, but this claim hasn't come until recent months. If he had known immediately, he would probably have contacted one of us and stated that. He did not.
Challenge: if Giancarlo did not know that the account was hacked until recent months, why didn't he seperately protest his account's suspension? After all, he'd be angry and would want to know why he was suspended. He didn't.
The fact of the matter is that the account wasn't hacked. Giancarlo continued the conversation with Wren and myself over ICQ and email. There is nothing that shows that Giancarlo either did not know it was hacked (he would have initiated a seperate chain of conversation) or that he knew it was hacked (he would have mentioned it, don't y'think?).
Now, this has nothing to do with the PMs or the pictures, but if he's using the same excuse that he used to cover his previous threats (to kick my ass,  ) as he's using to cover his ass now, that should discredit things a bit.
Prediction: I'll be called a communist, liberal liar, and Giancarlo will simply cut the discussion off (or at least try to). His only other excuse for this would be to say that he never posted on sc3000.com and didn't know me until I started posting here.

Oh Gian, you're a love. You come in here squealing that the big boys have been mean to you. I have heard from red_jon in the past some of the sh*t you have pulled, and red_jon's word against yours, well, I know who I find more trustworthy. But with corroboration from rev...no doubt. I wouldn't put it past you.
You think people gang up on you. They do, but for good reason. Look at the cloning thread. You come in stating your opinion like it is fact, and calling anyone who disagrees 'brainwashed commies'. Could it be they have a point too? Hell, they may even know more than you do. I tell you what. Disappear for a few years, and come back when you have grown up a bit, or listen to what other people have to say, there may be truth in there somewhere.

Alright PH, I will look at other opinions more closely, and I will lighten up a bit... hell, I just came back from one of the greatest waterfalls in the world, and I sure do feel refreshed... it almost feels like that old me, the one with the bad temper is gone.
