	Is this a Common Problem Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Please can someone tell me if this is a common problem.
I can play the game fine for around 10-20 mins then the screen just freezes up with no error message, The cursor still moves and there's still sound but the only thing I can do is reboot my machine and start again.
My graphics card is a 3D Prophet 2 MX
Does anyone know if this will be addressed in the patch?
Or do I need to take the game back for a refund?

yes. it's so common that eeeveryone is talking about it.

just ask civ.com about this or take the game back.
