	Unhealing Galley!!!!!!!!!! Support Apolyton

My trireme (galley) does not heal itself!!!!

I keep skipping turns but nothing!


And it's not inside an enemy border, it's in noone's border.

What gives?

Any ideas?

I checked the manual and it explicitely says: naval units cannot heal if they are inside another civ's borders.


A mistake in the manual?


Has anyone else managed to heal a galley just by skipping turns?

	Increase the size of your Attachments

I've only been able to heal my ships inside a city (harbor and/or barracks not required). Might be able to heal them within your culture border but I've never tried.

So it is either a mistake in the manual or a BUG.

Will check for healing inside cultural borders.

I always 'heal' ships inside a city ... not just floating around on the water.

On my road to one of my cities the galley has been attacked twice. I'm suprised it's still floating

I just assumed because you can do it IRL, and you can do it in Civ2, you could do it here, but I tried it with galleys and caravels before deciding "you can only heal naval units in cities."

I had my galley standing like an idiot for 4 turns waiting for that damn red line to go to yellow

in civ 2 yes they healed in mid water.
