Is it possible to bombard over hills and mountains with regular artillery? Im setting up an attack on a city with moutains in front of it, but im not sure if artillery can bombard OVER the mountains, can it?

Regular artillery only has a range of one, so you will have to be on the mountains. Radar artillery has a range of two squares (is this the unit you meant?), as for shooting over mountains I haven't a clue, but you could always just try it and see what happens.

Catapult & Cannon = 1
Artillery & Radar Artillery = 2 (Radar Artillery moves faster, I believe).
The mountain should be no problem.
