Yes, you are permited to establish an embacy with us. However only a solely transport or SotL will be permited to reach England coast.

We've been trying to establish an embacy to China too but the American war ships are blocking the sea passages...

Nuclear plants have now been put up in our most important cities. Bring production in excess of 12,000 (finally!)

We also are glad the Romans and American's are at peace. It pleases us greatly that we are able to help our allies in there time of need, whenever it is needed.

Rome have reduced the armed forces readyness from red alert .

A diplomatic mission are being established and will board the transport in a short time.

Rome intend to seek better relationship with our neighbours, therefore ask for free passage for that transport through english, american, german and jamaican waters.

In due time, we shall announce where the transport are going and og course ask for permission to enter national waters if that will be nessesary for the mission - establish embassies.

Other nations shall be welcome to send ONE diplomat for a short visit and establish friendly relationships with the romans.

My diplomatic mission has started.

A transport is now heading for english waters carrying only a diplomat and his staff (civilians).

Though something might stop this mission before it really started, as the nature has unleashed a minor flood, which nearly drowned my men. But the roman nations seems to have gone nearly free of serious damages.

But that was not all, it looks like the english has been hit very much harder, as rumours says "The Stonehenge" museum has been destroyed. If so, the english capitol must have been damaged too.

Waiting to hear more from other nations.

Yes, it is true. London does not exist anymore.
Our capital has been transfered to another place.

The first player who played the English must have not been aware that minor floods are very common in PBEM games.

Jamaica has survived the floods. One city was lost, placed by the initial player. I had long ago embarked on a swamp conversion program and lost about a dozen or so useless swamps spaces. Did gain a few crab.

I was probably the one who set that off. A couple turns ago I nuked a Russian invasion force that dropped out of space. All nations be warned, I have developed very effective offensive and defensive nuke tactics. Every city has a stockpile of nukes, most small but a few major ones(3+). Since the Nanite Defusser makers them useless, I will use them all. I hate wasted production

Ya I kinda was expecting my river to disappear and desert to take over.....but that didnt happen

Oh yea.....one of our nukes strayed off course and had what our scientists call, a "Projectile Dysfunction"

Anyway....it ran out of fuel over water. So no loss.
