Did I mess something up with my Civ 3 game, or are the Civilization Qualities (Commercial, Expansionist, etc.) not the same in the game as in the Instruction Manual? For example the manual says the Romans are "Industrious and Militaristic", but when I play a 'new game' the Romans come up as "Militaristic and Commercial". Not all the Civs are effected, but a few are.
If I did mess something up, does anyone know how I can fix it so the qualities in the manual are the same as the game? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it didn't change anything.
