More leaders for Romans:
Valentinian I,
Stilicho,
Aetius,
Belisarius,
Narses,
Heraclius. (Should be the last Roman before they came Greek).

I'm not so sure. In my current Persian game, I have already 10 leaders by 1200AD.

Well, Zorbas is just folklore not a hero by any means.
Even if I do disagree that Herakleios is Roman, well, it would seem that Constantinoupolis should be removed from the Roman Cities or be used with the intended name of Nova Roma (That was the name it was founded on)
Some Greek Heroes and what they did
Kountouriotis (the reason why you see Greek Colours on the islands all over the Aegean). Leader of Greek Navy during the 1912-1913 Balkan wars, in which Modern Greece owes some 57% of its estate to.
Velissarios is the name for both a Great General of Justinian and also the Greatest General of the Balkan wars. (He liberated my hometown, Ioannina in !913). Lost his son in that war, and he too died a Hero's death in battle.
Venizelos, a statesman whose uniting prowess made the above wars and victories a reality.
Kolokotronis, and Karaiskakis are the most renowned heroes of the Greek Revolution of 1821, without which, we would be something like the Incas today.
Greatest Byzantine Emperors are:
Basileios, Nikeforos Fokas, Ioannis Tzimiskis, Romanos and of course the Last one
Konstantinos Palaiologos. The last defender. -1453
(I would pick 4 or 5 by any age, Ancient, Byzantine and Modern [Post 1821 Revolution onwards...]

I think that Towns like Alba Longa, Tusculum, Ostia, Praeneste, Privernium... which are Latin towns, should be among the earliest towns founded by the Romans.
Volci, Volsinium, Tarquinii, Bovianium, Saepinum, and Aesernia are cities of the Samnites and Estructans which became Roman towns rather early in its history.
Also the town Beneventum is missing.
