Problem with custom bic file and Science Advisor Screen Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

I made a BIC file that just changed the # of civs allowed on each map size. After saving the BIC with no map, I started a game and the Science screen was all jarbled up. It didnt display the requirement arrows correctly, and I could not click on a technology to start researching it. Anyone have some ideas?

Support Apolyton

To play it correctly you have to replace the Civ3mod.bic with the other BIC. This should be corrected in the patch, but is not on the list.
