Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

I belive chaperon means that after capturing the capital the space ship remains intact if you raze the city, but gets destroyed if you install a governer(i.e. not raze the city). Personally I've never encountered this problem, because I choose to keep capitals, because they usually have wonders. I don't think they made this intentionally, it seams like a bug.
