Victor, I'm sorry but I have no orders from you - if you can resend them with a datestamp, I will of course accept them. Did you recieve a confirmation? Assume I don't have them unless I confirm receipt.

And anyway, Victor, when I put up the reminder thread, you replied asking if you had sent your orders. I said no and you still did nothing about it - if you had already sent orders, you would have said so then and resent them. Moves were already 2 days late when I put the reminder out, and I made it clear that anyone not having them in by the end of yesterday would NMR.

I'm sorry, Victor, but those are the rules.

Can I make a suggestion? I realise I'm a newbie here but I was struck by the differences between the S&D forum and the SMAC MP one. Each game has one thread where people post when they've sent their turns. You can also have a bit of banter as well which is easy to follow as it is all contained in one thread.

With one thread you can check to see the status of the game. What I tend to do is when I receive the email notification that someone has posted in the thread I save it then use to check on a regular basis. Just an idea...

Sorry about the wait, I won't be able to get a map up until Wednesday night at the earliest. If someone wants to do a map for me this turn (cou, cough, Defiant )I will extend the moves deadline, don't worry.

Also, I understand a few players will be away over the Xmas period, as will I, so I'm suggesting a time out until the start of January. Any objections?
