Okay, mods, I'm here and not at CtP forums, because I figured that if anyone wanted to sell their copy of CtP2 it would be an ardent Civ3 fan and not someone who is likely to be at the CtP forum ... right? Make sense?
Anyway, if anyone has CtP2 for sale and would like to get rid, please email me: kolyana@bellsouth.net
I'm interested in getting my hands on one and EB has stopped carrying it.

Hey Kolyana -
I got mine at Best Buy - $30. A little steep for an older game (and more than I paid for Civ3), but after modding and booting it - wow. Lots of great looking units, NICE SMOOTH SCROLLING, superior unit art (though the Civ3 art for mountains and other landforms is far superior). And ARMIES AND COMBAT THAT DOESN'T SUCK $HIT THROUGH A STRAW!
Very promising...

Venger, I'll try that one, thanks for the tip. Not sure if they have one in lake Charles, LA, but I'll see what's around ...
As for the graphics. Civ 3 seems to win hands down, so I'm planning on porting them in as much as possible. CtP's SLIC really had me ... um ... excited, that's what swung it in the end.
$30.00 is way less than I paid for Civ 3 ... $45.00 over here. ::COUGH::
