Anarchy takes 2 turns in my game! Get a bigger avatar today!

I dont understand many ppl says anarch takes 6 turns but when i ask for change in gov the pretty lady says it will take 2 turns and after 2 turns I really can change the gov type already!Is this bug something or what?

I used Chinese which is Militaristic and Industrious non Religious!Does the citizen affects however because i captured a lot of Indian cities and 1 Japan big city Tokyo

It depends on the number of cities and foreign citizens you have. Foreign citizens tend to prolong anarhcy. I belive it is also effected by the happiness of your citizens.

Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

On the games I choose to raze enemy cities the anarchy usually lasts 2 turns, on the games I choose to capture them it takes 4-6 turns when 1/3 of my cities are foreign. I belive there is some sort of corelation, but I don't know how.
