What about the "talk-radio political partisan" wonder? It allows citizens of marginal intelligence to simplify and digest complex issues and reduces politics to the level of a WWF wrestlers posturing. Upside? Increases GOPer happiness by one and replaces the term "jew" with "lib" under fascist regimes. Downside? Theory of evolution advance is immediately lost (theocon influence), civilization must control 10 oil resources or immediately devolves into anarchy and Babylon must be bombed once every 5 turns (downside or upside, not sure about this one)
