	Nukes and Reputation Increase the size of your Attachments

Today, I nuked Persia while in a MPP and Military Alliance (vs the Persians) with the other 2 civs on the map (China + India). They were both Gracious towards me and remained so after the attack. Their attitude towards me didn't even drop? Reading other threads I kind of expected the whole world to declare war against me? What gives? (not that I'm complaining about being able to nuke things without repercusions) But has anyone else caused nuclear havoc and come out of it smelling like a rose?

One last thing, I remember in Civ2 that other civs kept asking me to get rid of my nukes. Anyone know if just having 'the bomb' has any effect on the attitude of other civs towards you?

if you're allied with them they won't declare war on you., That's what I heard. Never had the chance to use nukes yet.
